Adam Perkins, a musician and content creator on the now-defunct app Vine, was found dead, and the reason for his death has been determined.
According to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner, Adam died on April 11 from unintentional multiple drug intoxication, PEOPLE confirmed.
The medical examiner identified fentanyl, a potent opioid, flu alprazolam, a known tranquilizer, mitragynine, a psychotropic component found in the kratom plant, ethanol, and cocaine in Adam’s corpse during the autopsy performed on July 7.
To quote the medical examiner’s report: “Fatal quantities of fentanyl” were found in his blood.
