Actress Drew Barrymore has created a new dating slang term for 2023. The star is well-recognized for her sympathetic ideas on love.
In the most recent episode of her popular program, The Drew Barrymore Show, the host shared what she called her “lightbulb moment,” and her social media followers are in complete agreement about the new phrase she coined to characterize the early stages of dating.
So, Drew Barrymore is single and trying to get back into the dating game. Let’s know some more facts about her.
Drew Barrymore: Who Is She?
John Drew Barrymore and Ildiko Jaid welcomed Drew Blythe Barrymore into the world on February 22, 1975, in Culver City, California. But two months before she was born, her mother and father split up, leaving Jaid to take care of Drew.
The fledgling actress’ career began with a TV promo made before she had completed her first year, and she starred in Altered States with Oscar winner William Hurt.

She was made famous by her godfather, none other than Steven Spielberg, in ET, and three years later, she played a character created only for her in Stephen King’s Cat’s Eye. Later, everything went horribly wrong.
Drew’s fall into alcohol and drug-related issues began at age nine when Jaid started bringing him along with her to Hollywood parties. Following a failed suicide attempt, Drew’s mother admitted her to rehab. At age 14, she was sober.
In her book, Little Girl Lost, she described the experience while managing to retain her now-famous optimism.
Despite opposition from Hollywood’s elite, Drew went back to acting; nonetheless, acting was in her blood because she was born into the Barrymore acting dynasty.

In a recent interview with People Magazine, Drew discussed how much her 2016 divorce affected her. She added:

After divorcing her ex-husband Jeremy Thomas in 1995, Tom Green in 2002, and Will Kopelman in 2016, Drew has become quite vocal about her thoughts on marriage in recent years.

Drew Barrymore Reunites With Ex Corey Feldman On “The Drew Barrymore” Show
Since she just disclosed that she has resumed dating, Drew Barrymore’s relationship status is still single with a question mark, but that doesn’t mean she wouldn’t be interested in meeting up with one of her ex-boyfriends and reminiscing about the good ol’ days.
The talk show presenter and actress Drew Barrymore reconnected with actor Corey Feldman on a recent episode of The Drew Barrymore Show. The two didn’t see each other for almost 25 years.
Feldman brought up one of their first dates while he was on her program; according to Feldman, they were “just kids” at the time. They both still remembered the day like it was yesterday.

The date, according to Feldman, was “very cute.” He spoke:
“I remember taking you to the movies. It was the movie theater next to [grocery chain] Gelson’s parking lot, so we parked at the Gelson’s, walked across the street, and you put your little hand up for me to hold, and I held your hand as we walked across the street.”
But they didn’t start dating immediately. Teenagers Barrymore and Feldman went on to date and even attended the 1989 Academy Awards together.
