The Real Housewives of Miami’s hottest issue isn’t even a housewife. The nasty divorce of Lisa and Lenny Hochstein, which is ominously foreshadowed in the first four episodes of the Peacock series with a frightening hot mic moment before their marriage irreparably breaks down, is the main subject of Season 5 of the show. Fans immediately wondered who the other woman was when Lisa revealed to her fellow Housewives in the sixth episode of the season that Lenny had already been dating someone else.
Since he announced his split from Lisa in May 2022, Lenny has been linked to Austrian model Katharina Mazepa, who is 26 years old. She was around the family, though, before the divorce, as revealed on RHOM, and the new couple isn’t showing any signs of slowing down any time soon. When did Lenny and Katharina begin dating?
Given that the two were acquainted before Lenny made the decision to leave his divorced wife, it is unclear exactly when he began dating Katharina. Lenny admitted to Page Six in May that he began dating the model immediately after the decision to get divorced. 
Lenny was overheard on the fourth episode of the season implying that he was already seeing someone else by saying that he hadn’t “slept” with Lisa in a while “because then I would be cheating on who I actually care about.” The couple had been around the new girlfriend, who even followed her on Instagram without mentioning Katharina by name, according to Lisa in the subsequent episode.

Lenny’s girlfriend intensifies Lisa’s alleged harassment claims
Following the dismissal of her restraining order against Lisa Hochstein, Lenny Hochstein’s girlfriend Katharina Mazepa stepped up her harassment charges against the Real Housewives of Miami star. Katharina requested a restraining order against Lisa back in July after alleging that the Bravo personality was tormenting and harassing her. 
After calling Katharina a “homewrecker” and accusing her of seeing Lenny Hochstein while they were still married, Lisa asked for a restraining order. In RHOM season 5 and in the media, Lisa and Lenny Hochstein’s tumultuous divorce is being depicted, and Katharina is complicit by association.

After a judge recently denied her plea for a restraining order, Katharina retaliated. Lisa Hochstein has overextended the victim narrative and is far from innocent, Katharina told Page Six. 
Lisa acknowledged in her own evidence that she had established many Instagram identities that had been used intentionally to harass me online. Lisa allegedly testified in court, according to Katharina, that she made phony Instagram identities in order to troll the Austrian model on social media. Katharina claimed that despite Lisa’s confession, the judge still supported her because Lisa is a “woman scorned.”
According to Katharina, the judge determined that it is reasonable to expect a woman who has been scorned to retaliate against the new woman their ex-husband is seeing “within some restricted case law.”
