Yes, Riddler is indeed gay in the TV series Harley Quinn but he is queer in comics. In Episode 3 of Season 3 of Harley Quinn, the Riddler came out with his beau Clock King.
Harley was confident she would win Best Couple at the awards show with Ivy and get to slam it in the Joker’s face. However, the show gave them formidable rivals, and on the red carpet, people loved the interplay between Riddler and Clock King.
As they were praised for being some of Gotham’s first out gay villains, Riddler admitted to journalist Tawny Young that the most challenging puzzle he had to solve was his own sexuality.
Thankfully, he figured it out, but when they tried to kiss to celebrate in front of the camera, Clock King’s head made it difficult.

Many didn’t anticipate him to be that kind and accommodating, especially since Season 3 saw him in charge of an escape room and attempting to brutally murder Harley Quinn and Batman’s crew.
