After yesterday’s website failures were attributed to “record demand” for tickets, Taylor Swift’s Capital One presale will take place today (November 16).
Following yesterday’s technical issues, which resulted in some fans being unable to obtain tickets despite spending hours waiting in online lines, TicketMaster, the website hosting the presale, has pledged to provide “a smooth experience.”

What You Need to Know About the Capital One Presale
The Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour US leg presale for Capital One exclusive cardholders has been rescheduled for today, Wednesday, November 16. At 2 p.m. local venue time, tickets will be made available.
You must already have a Capital One Visa or Mastercard and be registered on TicketMaster VerifiedFan in order to be eligible for the presale.
You will have an access code for the presale if you have already done so and have gotten a confirmation email from TicketMaster.
To access the presale, you must input the first 6 digits of your Capital One card number when you go to the ticketing page.
You’ll have a higher chance of getting tickets if you sign up at the start of the Capital One Cardholder Presale period.
When Do General Release Tickets for Taylor Swift’s Tour Go on Sale?
It might not be too late for you if you don’t have a Capital One card or simply missed the registration deadline for the presale.
On Friday, November 18, at 10 a.m. local time, the general public can purchase tickets for Taylor’s next tour. The general release will also be held at TicketMaster.
There aren’t any ticket prices available right now.
Although Taylor’s tour dates outside of the US have not yet been revealed, she will be performing in many US cities in 2019 including Glendale, Las Vegas, Arlington, Tampa, Houston, Atlanta, Nashville, Philadelphia, Foxborough, East Rutherford, Chicago, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Minneapolis, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Denver, Seattle, Santa Clara, and Los Angeles.
