A settlement has been struck between 50 Cent and the celebrity blog The Shade Room about the use of his image in a piece about penis enlargement surgery.
The Queens, New York, rap mogul, and TSR have resolved their differences without going to court, according to court records submitted on Tuesday (Feb. 21) by 50 Cent’s counsel. According to the court document that sources was able to obtain, Fif intends to end the dispute once the two sides have come to an agreement.
According to the court filing, “[50 Cent] and TSR are in the process of carrying out their respective obligations under the Agreement and will submit a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice of Defendant The Shade Room, LLC shortly thereafter.”
Defendants Angela Kogan and Perfection Plastic Surgery, Inc. d/b/a Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa are not covered by this notification. There was no mention of the settlement sum. The crew of 50 Cent has been contacted by sources for comment.
50 Cent sued Sunny Isle Beach, Florida’s Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa, its owner, plastic surgeon Dr. Angela Kogan, and The Shade Room in September 2022. In 2020, 50 Cent allegedly posed for a photo with Kogan, presuming she was a fan.
The image was subsequently posted on the doctor’s and the business’s Instagram sites to advertise their penis enhancement operation. When Kogan was asked by The Shade Room about her role in the increase of male sexual enhancement operations, the photograph was also featured as a featured image.
The inability to come to an agreement between 50 Cent, Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa, and Dr. Angela Kogan may result in legal action.
