Drake wants the artists he has worked with to remember him on Father’s Day.
Drake posted a cute picture of himself with a dog, who might be his pet, on his Instagram page on March 12. Even though the picture looks harmless, what Drizzy wrote in the caption might make some people think twice.
In the caption, Drake seems to remind the artists that he helped and that they wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for him. He wrote in a mysterious way, “A lot of those boys you entertain wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for me, so don’t forget to wish me a happy father’s day on June 18.”
So Drake is saying that he gave many artists their styles? Who can say? Drake has a lot of respect for the rapper Jim Jones. On March 11, the famous Toronto rapper found out that a member of the group Dipset had called him his “spirit animal” and given him credit in an interview.
In response, the 6 God went to his Instagram Story and posted photos. In one picture, he is wearing a pink fur coat and hat, just like Cam’ron used to. In another shot, Drizzy is wearing a leather jacket by Diplomats that is pink and black.

Drake also posted a picture of a young Jim Jones holding a stack of $100 bills wrapped in a rubber band. Look at the group of photos below.
In January, during the last night of a two-night run at the Apollo Theater in New York City, Drake brought out Dipset. During the show, rappers Cam’ron, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, and Freekey Zekey walked out of the door of a set designed like a bodega and decorated with a mural of Big L. The Harlem group played old favorites like “Hey Ma” and “I Really Mean It.”
It looks like Drake wants other rappers to give him credit.
