Gizelle Bryant And Robyn Dixon Are Suing Eminem Over The Name Of Their Podcast, “Reasonably Shady.”

Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon have joined the list of individuals who have worked with rapper Eminem.

The Real Housewives of Potomac ladies are attempting to trademark their “Reasonably Shady” brand, but the real “Slim Shady” is working to block them.

According to court documents Page Six obtained, Eminem and his team are attempting to prevent Gizelle and Robyn from trademarking their “Reasonably Shady brand.”

Reasonably Since 2021, Robyn and Gizelle have hosted Shady. The women of RHOP have turned their podcast into a successful side hustle and elevated their profile by giving live performances. Robyn even took advantage of the occasion to defend Juan Dixon’s suspicious adulterous behavior.

The green-eyed bandits are trying to trademark the name of their podcast as it becomes more well-known. Eminem has opposed the trademarking of Robyn and Gizelle’s podcast, claiming that doing so will “harm” the reputation of his company.

Rapper Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, a.k.a. “Slim Shady,” has used the stage name “Shady” since the late 1990s and early 2000s. The “Shady” trademark for goods has been him for a very long time.

But, Gizelle and Robyn are attempting to patent “Reasonably Shady” so that they may use it as the name for socks, lip gloss, water bottles, and other things. For whatever reason, Eminem believes that this will “cause confusion in the minds of consumers.”

The podcast Reasonable Shady

The official description of Reasonably Shady is as follows: “As they share tales from their interesting lives, they talk about being courageous women in the podcast. Dating, relationships, marriage, business, motherhood, fashion, glam, current affairs, and other topics are covered.”

It seems unrealistic to Gizelle and Robyn that listeners will connect this show’s goods with Eminem. The podcasters haven’t yet released a statement on their most recent trademark issue with Eminem. You’ll probably need to subscribe to their Patreon page in order to hear their response.

The deadline for formally replying to Eminem’s trademark opposition is March 26, 2023.
