North West’s love for Ice Spice has reached new heights since she started posting TikTok videos that look like the popular rapper. But after North’s videos went viral, the internet seems to have sided with her dad, Kanye West, who has been very vocal about not wanting North to use the video-based social media app.
On Monday, March 6, North posted a few videos to her TikTok page of her and her friends dancing to “Boy’s a Liar Pt. 2” by PinkPantheress and Ice Spice. In the videos, North is wearing a white Juicy Couture sweatsuit, two chains, and an orange curly wig that looks like Ice Spice’s signature hairstyle.
One is like Ice Spice’s diamond chain with her face on it that cost $100,000. You can find the video at the end of this post.
After a few hours, Kanye West became popular on Twitter. One person said, “Kanye was right.” The person on social media also shared a video of Ye criticizing his teenage daughter for using the app.
Kanye said in the clip, “…Dad, I know that you guys don’t respect fathers or the idea of family and that the media is always trying to push something. I said, “TikTok or Disney can’t use my daughter. I won’t let them.” I can say something.”

Some people had longer comments in which they both defended Kanye and criticized Kim Kardashian’s parenting. “Kanye was right … No way should a 9-year-old look up to Ice Spice and listen to her songs about twerking and having $*x with men… Kim is a bad mother, “someone typed.

A third person on Twitter said, “North has gone too far! 😭😭😭.”

However, there were other people on Twitter who disagree with Kanye.
A different person wrote, “Y’all saying Kim is wrong and Kanye needs custody bc North got to hang out with her fav artist is so goofy. Y’all are the most miserable group of adults ever.”

People seem to be talking about North West’s video a lot because of the lyrics of the 9-year-old social media star’s recipes. These are the words: “He told me I was good enough, and he grabbed my “duh-duh-duh.” He told me to think about things I shouldn’t have (huh).
So I tell him it’s a picture of me, and he laughs at me.
I think his girl is a piece of crap.
Like that boy is a cap/Saying he’s home, but I know where he is, like/Bet he’s blowing her back/Thinking about me because he knows that ass fat (damn).”
As of the time of this report, North’s TikTok only has one video. The others have been taken down. The last video is a split-screen video of North West reciting the lyrics to Ice Spice’s “In Ha Mood,” which went viral a few days ago, and a clip of North doing a TikTok to the same song with Ice Spice and North’s friend and mom, Kim.
Almost a year ago, Kanye West blasted his ex-wife Kim Kardashian on Instagram for letting their 8-year-old daughter use the app TikTok. Kanye was talking about how North was wearing dark makeup and making a new video on an app to the song “Emo Girl” by Machine Gun Kelly and Willow Smith.

At the time, you said, “I’ve told you about this Tiktok stuff before. Now, my 8-year-old daughter is on here singing, “She fell in love with an emo girl.” Leftists don’t want fathers to have no say in their children’s lives.”
He went on to say, “I just finished talking to Kim on the phone. I told her to stop making me mad with her TikTok videos. I said never again. I’m her father, and I know that you guys don’t respect fathers or the idea of family. But I told you that I won’t let TikTok or Disney use my daughter. I can say something.”
Kanye West has since taken a break from social media, and despite a recent cryptic post on Instagram, it doesn’t look like he’s joined the conversation about his earlier feelings about his daughter being on TikTok or the support he’s getting online. Still, here are a few tweets that are related to the conversation.
