It seems like Tyga is head over heels in love. According to reports, the California rapper spent $80,000 on a custom diamond chain for his new girlfriend, Avril Lavigne.
Eric Mavani, also known as Eric Da Jeweler, is a well-known celebrity jeweler. On Friday (March 17), he went to his Instagram page and posted a video of his new iced-out piece for Tyga. In the clip, you can see the necklace with all of its sparkling diamonds.
The chain has a few pendants, including two with an “A” over a pink heart for Avril’s first name and a pair of skulls and crossbones with pink ribbons. Avril’s name is also written in black and white diamonds on a nameplate.
The video was titled “New Piece Made For The Legend @avrillavigne” and the caption included the emojis for a skull and crossbones, a pink heart, a diamond, and a pink ribbon.
TMZ says that the chain has white diamonds, black diamonds, and pink sapphires that add up to 50 carats. A source told the website that Tyga asked Eric to make the blinged-out accessory three weeks ago before the two showed off their relationship at Paris Fashion Week. Again, the price is said to be 80 bands, or $80,000.
Avril was later seen wearing the icy chain while out with the “Rack City” rapper in Los Angeles on March 16th. Look at the pictures below.
