Following today’s server maintenance, Bandai Namco has made the Elden RingPatch Notes for update 1.07 available.
A huge number of balancing changes and gameplay stability are included in the new release. To “add greater variety” to the gameplay, the following have undergone significant changes:

Elden Ring now incorporates player vs. player components, which means spells, weapons, and more scale according to the skill and power of players. Additionally, Bandai Namco has made it clear that this won’t have an impact on CO-OP or single-player games.

When playing against other players, this feature enables distinct damage scaling for Weapons, Skills, Spells, and Incantations.
This functionality might be employed in invasion/PvP mode in the future to balance weaponry, art, spells, and incantations.
Any balance changes made inside this feature won’t affect solo or cooperative play.
