Lil X’s automobile was allegedly being followed by a “crazy stalker” yesterday night, according to Elon Musk, who has announced he is suing programmer Jack Sweeney.
This follows the owner of Twitter suspending the account ElonJet, run by a 20-year-old college student who followed the billionaire’s private plane using information that was in the public domain.
Elon and his ex-girlfriend Grimes are parents to X A-12, a kid who is two years old.
Elon Musk says his son Lil X was followed
Last night in LA, his son was riding in a car when a “mad stalker” started to follow it. The head of Twitter believes that instead of his son Lil X, the person who followed assumed it was him in the car.
The accused stalker, according to the Tesla owner, “blocked the car from moving and got atop the hood.” X A-12, who was supposedly in the car at the time of the event, has not received any updates from him.
He added: “Legal action is being done against Sweeney & groups that sponsored violence to my family” in the same tweet.

Accounts Violating physical Safety Will Be Suspended
Currently, Jack’s account is suspended. This comes after Elon made it clear that he wouldn’t ban ElonJet despite the account closely following his plane, endangering his own safety.
Elon does support free speech and promised not to ban any accounts because of it.
However, after the incident with Lil X, he was explicit that any accounts found to be “doxxing real-time location info of anyone will be suspended,” citing it as a “violation of physical safety.”

Who Is Jack Sweeney?
Links to websites that provide real-time location data are included in this. It’s acceptable to post areas that someone visited with a short delay because doing so won’t compromise their safety, he said.
Twenty-year-old Jack attends the University of Central Florida.
His suspended Twitter account has amassed more than 500,000 followers while tracking Elon’s aircraft.
According to reports, he created a Twitter bot that would post each time Elon’s Gulfstream airplane took off and landed using publicly accessible data.
On Wednesday morning, Jack discovered that ElonJet, as well as his individual and other jet-tracking accounts, had been permanently stopped.
